摘要: 带蒸汽引射器的低温多效蒸发(TVC-MED)海水淡化工艺是目前应用最为广泛的热法海水淡化技术之一,其装置性能受引射器、蒸发器、回热器等诸多因素的影响。通过建立15效TVC-MED海水淡化装置工艺系统模型,主要分析在一定条件下海水进料方式、浓盐水和产出水的余热回收利用、引射器的抽汽位置及动力蒸汽条件等对海水淡化装置性能的影响,为后续工艺系统设计提供理论基础

Abstract: Low temperature multi-effect distillation with thermal vapor compressor (TVC-MED) is one of the most widely used thermal seawater desalination technologies. Its performance is affected by many factors such as TVC, evaporator and regenerator. In this paper, the process system model of 15-effect TVC-MED seawater desalination plant is established, and the effect of seawater feeding mode, excess heat recycle of concentrated brine and produced water, TVC extraction position and power steam conditions on the performance of seawater desalinization plant are analysed, which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent process system design.
